This photo was taken by my sister Juanita Monette when she was in Tanzania a few months ago on a safari. She saw the lion on the rock and zoomed in for the photo, and then noticed the little lizard next to her. They seemed to be gazing at each other, the lion and the lizard. She snapped the photo just in time, since right after she took the picture, the lion lifted her huge paw and slapped the lizard off the rock and he went flying into the air, then scampered away - hopefully deciding to be more selective about his sunbathing companions.


This is the best photo I have ever seen in my life!!!!
